International Pump Fest 2018

During the International Pump Fest, the country’s best players come together to match themselves against the rest of the world. After a national qualification round, the top 6 men and women proceeded to the IPF round where they could compete for a placement in the IPF rankings together with the top 6 players of the other countries. The best overall player of the men and women then had to play for their qualification in the Word Cup round, where they had to play a number of hard songs in a row. Every country lands in a pool with 4 countries in total, together with the songs that pool needs to qualify with. This year was promising to be tough, the songs selected for the Dutch pool where hard.

In the end I’m not unhappy about my performance getting the 6th place. But I don’t expect to end high up in the international rankings. Not a bad thing, just need to train for next year.
