TonTon Club XL
The TonTon Club XL event was being held during the 2nd and 3rd weekends of March. It was situated in a warehouse that contained 200 old arcade machines, and that just sounded too good to be true! The first thing we all noticed when we entered was the 4 meter high Jenga tower, the atmosphere was pretty relaxed, although there wasn’t too much space to walk, as there were a lot more people that were interested in what this event had to offer! In the middle was a huge DDR-set with no less than 20 pads to play on, some of them had easier songs, but thankfully there were a few pads which catered to people who are already pretty good at DDR. I quite liked the moment where I realized that some of those old games used to be a lot harder in the past, and it was pretty fun to see so many people enjoying the arcade games!
