Made in Asia 2023

On May 6th and 7th, Made in Asia took place in Gorinchem, an event comparable to a comic convention but with a focus on Asian culture. On the ground floor, there were mainly booths selling goodies and food. The first floor hosted workshops, martial arts demonstrations, and other activities. A notable feature was the significant amount of Pokémon trading taking place. Another enjoyable aspect was the piano performance where anime-related music was played. One particular highlight was the appearance of a Japanese artist who had come all the way to perform and sell her album.

Typically, events of this scale have less decoration, but this time there was a specially themed area in the center of the venue inspired by Mulan.
